My husband and I love beer can chicken. Always comes out so moist and the skin so crispy. We just had a cheapie holder and it was always difficult to remove the chicken once it was done. This roaster makes everything so easy. The roaster is big enough to hold a good size bird. The holder for the beer can keeps the can in the roaster so it doesn't lift out with the bird. The grease will drain to the bottom so you can line the roaster pan with veggies if you wish to make a complete meal in one step. Clean up has been easy. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
