When I first got this scooter it worked well. I received it march and started using it in April. It stopped working in the beginning of July. I only used it maybe once a week. So it wasn’t being used often. I wouldn’t complain if it would have stopped working after a year but it’s been a few months. I’ve been back and forth with their customer service team for a little over a week. They sent me instructions on how to fix what they thought was the issue. It didn’t work. Then they sent me a piece for me to replace. It’s not easy. Plus the video tutorial has no verbal instructions. That’s right. No verbal instructions or step by step just some guy taking it apart and putting it back together. Ridiculous. I’m fed up. It worked for a few months and stopped working. I should have listen to the bad reviews but I went ahead and purchased it. It gets two stars because it worked well for a few months and costumer service has been responding but In my opinion not helpful. I really liked this scooter and am really annoyed it stopped working. I asked if I could ship it back and have them fix which I think was reasonable or have it replaced there answer was here’s a video. Replace the part yourself.My daughter enjoys the scooter and despite being for lighter weight riders, I'd get on there and cruise up to 12 mph. The other kids enjoy getting rides on there as well. The controls are simple and easy to use and the scooter is simple to charge as well.Excellent easy to use strong, reliable purchased for my son 12yrsold and me and my wife have fun with it lol.Great scooter - very solid, well built and fast. Gave it to my 10 y/o grandson for his birthday and it was a hit with all of the kids wanting a turn. Would be a bit fast and difficult to manage for an 8 y/o.What i disliked about this product was that when I called to get a replacement because the break wasn't working after just having it for a few months, I was just refunded, and now I have a broken hilboy scooter at home. What the heck do I do with a broken scooter. I would have rather gotten a new one instead of getting my money back.We received this scooter and was only able to ride it for a few weeks. The handle bars broke and when we reached out to the seller/manufacturer, they didn’t want to help or offer a new scooter or refund. I would have been happy to just get it fixed. They told me to go repair it myself and they would give me $40 credit. What a joke. I paid a lot of money for this scooter and it was still under warranty. Not to say they don’t even have a telephone number to contact anyone. So if you don’t mind wasting your money for a scooter that works a couple weeks, this is for you. This is from China and first red flag should be that they don’t even have a phone number. I wish I researched more before I bought. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!My grandson loves this scooterThe unit is not well designed for kids, sits very tall and hard for kids to reach. When I say kids I am referring to 8 and 9 year old's. Will not recommend anyone to get this item!E6 code on it . Had it for a xmas present hardly used.Now can't use it .Pretty sure should not happen after only maybe 6 or 7 uses.Was fully refunded thank fully.When it works its great and the light up system is a nice touch. Does fold down.I Bought this scooter for my 9 year old son who loves it. The scooter is well made for the money and such a smooth ride has 2 different modes cruise and sports mode which are both pretty nippy. I'm considering purchasing the older one for myself.Mine did come unfortunately it never worked they have been helpful as up to now I have returned it just waiting on a replacement can not waitLooked around for a really good quality scooter that ticks all the boxes for a young person. This scooter does that.My scooter is not working properly I need to refund please
