I ordered this replacement remote immediately and received it within a few days, solving the problem of "remote stuck and bed won't respond." Great service. Exact and easy replacement.My husb’a dtr was born with cerebral palsy. Her hands are very contracted & she has only full use of her right thumb & index finger. She is an adult & the buttons on her old controller had grown stiff & hard to push. She is bedbound and needs frequent position changes to be comfortable. She can manage them herself with a working controller. The new one is a dream!! Even with her limited hand mobility she can easily access and push the controller buttons. She said it “felt like Christmas” to get the new controller. I felt like a hero for ordering it.It was exactly what I needed. Thank you.Easy to installCheap and easy to install.I ordered this in February of 2020. I'm having to reorder as this one has become impossible to use. There's a short in the cord, or the contacts under the arrows are so bad that getting it to work is near impossible. If it's only going to last a couple years, I'd think it would be priced accordingly.We plugged it into the bed and that was it. Works great.
