Pro: Nicely packaged, easy to clean and use.quick heat upfun to create many Japanese or other Asian dessert.interchangeable plate for grill/stir fry/breakfastCon: heat is unevenno replacement hot plate/grill plate available to buy if in case there is damage /scratch on "no stick" coating. I wish here is an option for additional plates. This machine makes takoyaki exactly as I remembered growing up in Japan. The inside of the round balls is soft & creamy and lends itself to many different types of ingredients. On the negative side - the ball tray does not fit the base snugly and the temperature is cooler on one end. The variable controller itself is an advantage.I use this every other day to make something! I have made meatballs, egg bites, griddle buns, pancakes in it. It cleans up very easily. I am so happy that I got it!A great multifunctional electric grill. The packaging is good. I like to use it for breakfast and supper. It is very convenient to use and heat fast. It can be used where there is electricity. It is also very easy to clean. The function of frying eggs is particularly practical. A perfect shopping experience.Disappointed in 6 little cups much smaller than anticipatedHeHoGoGo 3 in 1 Multifunctional Electric GriddleI have mixed feelings about this grill. Let's go over the details: There are three plates: a ribbed plate for regular grilling; a plate with six indentations for eggs and tarts; and a plate with 24 rounded indentations for meatballs, takoyaki, and (I'm hoping) aebleskiver--the little Danish round pancakes. The marketing says "SAVE SPACE: All the removable pans could be put together into the pot." and this is wrong. You can try to stack all the plates but they are very loose-fitting and the whole thing becomes a precarious leaning tower.First, the pros: I love the size; this is a nice little tabletop electric griddle, perfect for a family of two. The grilling plate is very useful and we are still discovering uses for the other two plates. They are all three easy to wash and clean after cooking. The heating element is reasonably even across the cooking surface and has a decent range, which is impressive for a counter griddle. The cons revolve around the lid for this unit, which is extremely loose-fitting. It doesn't "fit" the plates so much as rest upon them, and can be easily pushed out of place if the chef isn't careful. This is the other reason why you can't store the griddle by stacking the plates together, because the lid will just loosely sit on the top of everything. If you want to place the lid over your food, the options are lid or no-lid; there's no way to prop the lid up to let steam escape slowly.Overall, I think this would be a good unit for a student or small family that doesn't have a grill already available in the apartment, or for someone who needs the specialty pans. In that case, I think this is a very useful piece! If you already have a stove that can handle a grill pan, though, then I'm not sure this is worth an outlay of budget.NOTE: This review is based on a free advance review product provided through Amazon Vine.~ Ana MardollThis electric griddle is so much fun! I admit that I chose this particular griddle specifically for the cake pop pan, haha. (It is called a meatball tray in the manual, but a cake pop tray in the listing.) I love cake pops, so I couldn’t pass up this griddle. However, I still haven’t made cake pops yet, although I HAVE used the pan to make keto donut holes. They turned out really, really well and were so yummy, in large part because this griddle is fantastic! The griddle is super easy to use. You literally just have to place the pan you want to use in the heating element, preheat the griddle for 5 minutes, and you are ready to go at cooking your food in whichever way it needs to be cooked. There are different temperature settings on the griddle, including one that can keep food warm. The trays are nonstick, but I have used oil/nonstick spray when baking on the pans just to ensure that my food doesn’t stick.Something to be aware of is that the griddle does smoke some when you first use it, so make sure to use it in a well-ventilated area. I like to use portable electric cooking items like this to cook in my living room, but I had to use this right under my oven hood the first several times (and it was a good thing I did, because it gave off a fair amount of smoke). After the first several times, that has seemed to gone away though. My two favorite pans are the cake pop tray (of course! I refuse to call it a meatball tray, haha), and the pancake pan. The pancake pan is really amazing. You can easily make six perfectly round pancakes!!! I usually make pancakes in a skillet, but this griddle has made pancakes so much easier. I haven’t tried making little mini omelets in there yet, but I imagine eggs would also be delicious in this pancake pan as well. There is also a third tray that is a regular griddle tray for grilling all kinds of different food: meats, vegetables, fish….anything you would want! You can use the lid to close heat in and cook food faster, steam vegetables (there is a steam vent) or even just keep food warm on the warm setting…this griddle has so many great features! All in all, I love this griddle and am really impressed with it. It is solidly made and I am sure I will be using it for many meals to come. It’s convenient to use, easy to clean as well, and I love the fact that it’s large enough to cook a lot of food, but also small enough to cook food on my coffee table. Highly recommend!
