Purchased this pruner just a few days ago. Was cutting up a fairly large brush pile left by two fallen trees from a recent storm. We were cutting up the brush with a hand held manual pruner. The manual pruner would have been ok for a small pile, but not three piles of branches, sticks, and twigs. The product seems to be well constructed. I liked the 24v brushless motor and two batteries, so we thought we could work non-stop. Read the manual to learn the audible "beep" codes meant. Just came in from using it for about a half hour of nearly continuous work. Had to let the tool cool down, as the motor area became almost too hot to touch. Battery temperature was just fine. I wouldn't call that a deal breaker, as I was using it for about 30 minutes straight. Overall, would buy it again. Just be aware of overheating, so take frequent breaks for cool down if you are using it non-stop vs. casual pruning.Loved these!!!! Cut through my big bush branches like a hot knife through butter. I was done in no time and was looking around for more to cut. Would recommend 100%
