I love these liners. They have the holes in them, so grease does not puddle up. They are great to just grab and start cooking. This is an item, I will be buying over and over.I bought these for my air fryer they work great for soaking up grease and makes clean up so easy.I used these for home made country friend steak last night. When I tried to flip the steaks, the paper had soaked up the moisture and was all stuck to the bottom of the steaks. I ended up just throwing it away and cooking them without anything for the rest of the time. I’ll just use the rest between my sugar cookies to prevent sticking, but it’s no good for the air fryer. I won’t purchase this type again.Parchment Paper is an ancient relic compared to the new a better silpat. But silpats generally cannot generally be found for round cake pans or I, at least, have not run into them. But I haven’t looked for them. These parchments sheets are somewhat lacking in one respect. They are too short for most of my baking needs. But that is not really a big issue. I just use two of them.The quality of the sheets are great. The work very well just as do any parchment paper sheets do. Now for the oddity of these sheets. They have holes, small holes in each sheet. WHY???In all my years of baking I have NEVER, yes you are reading me correctly, NEVER seen parchment sheets with holes in them. What are they for. Since I only use parchment sheets for baking cakes, pies and cookies and other pastries, there is no fear of leakage. I don’t know of any advantage to the holes unless it allows heat from the heating element to come up from the bottom of the oven to the pan, and from the pan through the parchment sheets to the bottom of the pastries to brown evenly. But that does not make sense.This makes it difficult for me to review. Do the holes make them better or worse than the parchments without the holes? I for sure don’t know. If I just forget about the holes since I don’t believe they have any bearing on the good or the bad of the parchments sheets, that leaves me with the only issue remaining—why not a longer sheet that keeps me from using two sheets. These sheets measure 9 5/8ths inches square where most sheets I have owned have been 10 x 14 inches. So if there is an issues the size is certainly it.The quality of these sheets are not in question except for the holes. The quantity is also very good for the price. It’s the size of the sheets that must be an issue because to line any pan one has to use two of them which then makes the quantity for them price a little bit too high.RECOMMEND WITH GREAT CAUTION!I can't imagine not using parchment liners in my air fryer...it really helps with the clean up of sticky things! I ALWAYS preheat my air fryer and THEN I put my liner in and the food on top it, that keeps it from flying away. I would recommend these as the pack of 100 is at a great price point.I know that one can use an electric air fryer without this parchment paper, but then they’ll end up with more work. Cleaning up, removing stuck items, etc.The great part about this parchment paper, in addition to allowing one to remove cooked items w/o an issue are the holes in the paper.These holes allow cooking of not only in air fryers but for anyone who uses big steamers. We have booth and until now had to cut round circles from rectangular parchment rolls. And if needed, poke holes in the paper.No more, these liners take care of the shape and the holes. Great!I have tried other parchment liners but these are the first ones that have the air holes which really do make a big difference. We've used them with items that had barbecue sauce on them, others that had breading, and with fish. Everything is come off the paper easily and there's been less mess to clean up in the air fryer. Love love these.. my only complaint was that the container they come in had totally come undone in the heat , and when we opened the envelope they were sent in, they all came running out and only a quick grab saved them..a resealable plastic bag would be a much better storage and shipping idea, which is what we did after we open the baggreat parchment!comes in a good quantityhelps cleanupdoesn't burn in the air fryerhas ventilationperfect size for biscuits!
