How to get the most from Dubbas? How to Assemble Dubbas Assembling Dubbas insert pans is simple. Unfold the Multipurpose Trivet with the side marked as "Top" facing up. Place your favorite food, that needs to be pressure cooked, in each pan. Cover each pan with a lid/plateStack the pans any way you want and place them on the multipurpose trivet base. The pan that contains food with a longer cook time should be placed at the bottom. Snap and lock the trivet handle - you may need to pull the handle side to snap and lock. Dubbas is ready to use in your pressure cooker. Please Note that you would still need to use water in the liner of the pressure cooker as per their instructions. How to Nest & Store Dubbas nest to store so that you can save on storage space. Stack all the lids together. Nest the insert pans with the smallest one at the bottom, and place them on the stacked lids. Fold the frames of the trivet down and place the trivet in the innermost (top) insert pan.You now have one single compact unit that takes up very little space. Tips for Efficient Cooking All the pans and the lids are interchangeable. Their positioning in the frame is interchangeable too.Use 1, 2 or 3 pans based on your need.Place the pan with food that takes longer to cook at the bottom.If you need to cook one food item with water (for example, rice) and steam vegetables at the same time, you can just use one pan with the steamer plate and place the vegetables on the steamer plate.When using 8 Qt Cooker, you can even steam vegetables by placing them on the steamer plate on the top (this will allow you to cook 4 things at the same time).The steamer lid can also be used as trivet when used upside down.
