I like this bike, it was fairly easy to assemble. I was confused on adjusting the breaks I took it to a bike shop because I couldn't get the front pads to stop rubbing, still does some. I am not sure I like the rear brake. I wish it had better stopping power as I live in an area with hills. I ride it to work 2.5 miles for 5 miles round trip, it will hold a charge for three trips, for optimal speed I charge it daily.I had a rear flat, I'm still not sure how to take it apart to replace the tube. Fixaflat has worked so far. If I keep riding to work I might upgrade to a bike with better brakes.Got the bike in less than a week, was able to put together myself (I'm a 60 y.o. grandma) in about an hour. Very easy assembly. The hardest to figure out was the break system for the front tire, but other than that, it doesn't take a genius. If you are a short person, this is the perfect bike for you! I am only 5 ft. tall and this bike fit me perfect! Better than any "regular" bike ever has. I set the handle bars at the lowest setting and the seat about mid way. (I prefer to have a straight leg when I peddle). The seat and overall feel of this bike was perfect. It's light weight enough that I was able to easily bring it up the stairs to my porch. The ride was easier than expected. I was worried that it would have so much power that it would scare me to ride, but the take off is gentle and smooth and it stops powering when you stop peddling, so my first ride was a joy! I highly recommend this bike for beginners, and people that just want a leisure ride around the neighborhood or park. And yes, you get a workout! Looking forward to loosing some weight and getting outside. I can't say enough good things about this bike. For the price, you will not be disappointed. My husband and I have enjoyed bike riding at the beach and park for about 20 years now. This bike has made it easier to bike on windy days, especially. Great going up hills too. Easy to ride, and pretty easy to assemble, though definitely a two- person job. This bike was easy to put together and is a comfortable ride. However, when I put the handle bar system together, something happened. I inserted the holder, tightened it, and then closed it. BIG PROBLEM! Something inside clicked, locking it in place. When I went to fold the handlebars down, it wouldn’t go down, locking up the tightening adjustment for the front wheel. I couldn’t find any way to unlock whatever inside had clicked.I tried contacting the seller about this several times and didn’t get an answer. My guess is if you buy this bike you’re on your own. I’m going to try the local bike mechanic to take the unit apart and get rid of that locking mechanism. I’ll comment in the future.Meanwhile, the gearing and throttle are simple. You ride with one gear and can feather the throttle when there’s some resistance from a hill or the wind. There is a pedal assist but it’s completely worthless. The pedals will spin out from under you at the bike’s only gear setting, Fortunately, you won’t need it. Just use the throttle. Because of the lack of gearing, this bike will use more power than a model that lets you downshift. The power indicator is typical in that you can only guess at the power you actually have left. There are lights which tend to flash on and off depending how much power you’re using at the time. I’d use distance as an indicator as well as the power indicator. You’ll have to add a speedometer to get this info. There is a set of tools provided to assemble the bike, none of which fit this bike. Instructions are not of much use and may be for the wrong bike or model. There’s some reference to a “pin” on the handlebar stem. I have no idea what they’re referring to. Is this a language issue or reference to an older model? As for riding, the bike works fine for what it is. It would be good if these folks could get their act together.Easy to assemble, stylish and I love riding it. John S.I New YorkThe super amazing bike is awesome and perfect. its new bicycle. The bike comes mostly assembled, It took about a half-hour to assemble with no problems ( there are excellent Youtube videos and also on my request seller send me electronic manual). It's extremely easy to adjust the height levels for both the handlebars and seat I can say, as 5’6” small female, the 20” model fits me beautifully. I took it for a 2-mile loop ride and was thrilled with how easy it was to use. I felt safe on it. I’m not sure of the comfort of the seat and may need to change that out-but maybe I just need to get used to it. There are some good videos on YouTube also that I watched that were really helpful to prepare me. I look forward to bike riding now with my husband-I’ll be able to keep up finally!
