Breaker fit perfectly in my Federal Pacific breaker box.These units are an expensive solution to the well known FPE circuit breaker problem. They do work, but installation can be a challenge. Some installed easily, while most required a lot of care, and a couple needed a bit of encouragement to actually get them seated properly. Typical lack of Chinese quality control.Was exactly as it looked and was a perfect replacement for my old worn out one.I ordered 1 breaker to test it out, trip times seems appropriate. This is an old fashion breaker, no electronics.my tests results:Amps / Time to trip55 A - 14 seconds41 A - 27 seconds36 A - 46 seconds30 A - 119 seconds25 A - 1076 secondsseems reasonable for a 20 amp rated breaker, at 20 amps with tolerance the trip time should be infinite seconds on the plotted trip time vs amps curve, breaker rating is where the vertical asymptote falls on the x axisbased on this data i will order a few more of these breakersUpdate: ordered 4 more of these 20 amp breakersTested their trip time for 36 amps, 3 took about 50-60 seconds and one needed about 75 seconds to tripBut they started at a cooler temperature than last time. Very reasonable behavior and repeatable.Note these are made in China, but seem to work well for my application, would recommend.Older breaker (over 40 years old) started failing, and replacement breakers are not produced any more from original manufacturer. Replacement breaker fit well and performs as described in the spec's.Out of three ordered, 1 was broken and unusable. The other two were fine and workNot quite the same shape as the originals so getting the face plate back on the box was difficult at best.Called the company and they advised me that even though these look a bit different they are built to fit the old models of Federal Breakers, and fit it did! Perfect.Worked as expected on my Federal Pioneer (Canadian version of Federal Pacific) sub panel. Good value for price.The the body and switch are slightly different from the originals but ended up working in the end. Just don't be looking for esthetics.Fits my Stab-lol main power panel, no problem. I will order this again.Good item good service and fast. Thank'sGreat product. Working good.
