Runs out of steam too quick.Maybe I’m doing something wrong but it runs out of water in 5 minutes…says it’s suppose to do up to 30 minutes??♀️Has not been my experience.Does heat quickly and produce steam though!Not sure how to use all the attachments.I do not believe the cord is 16 feet long like advertised either.I use this for when the oil "seasons" up on our stainless steel stove.It doesn't damage the surface at all and I'm able to make the stove look brand new each time I clean it.Its also small, very easy to use and near fool/stupid proof.Just take caution; its basically an electric tea kettle with a concentrated hose/spigot. The water inside is SCALDING hot.This handheld steam cleaner is one of the worse products I have purchased on Amazon. The only positive remarks I can make is that it is cheap and heats up quickly. Don't bother trying to clean anything with it. It has very little pressure, more like a mist, and it runs out of steam in under 5 minutes. I threw away the product after using it for less than an hour.Awful product…waste of $!! One use and screw on top strips!!Vapor is not hot enough to be effective.Poor, I suggest you save your money.After reading through these reviews, I released they are NOT for this steamer and for colorful bins. Very misleading. False advertising.
