Super easy to use and clean and it's fast!I love this non-stick, rice cooker with steaming tray. The addition of the 3/4-cup for measuring rice is awesome too even though the rice spoon / scraper is thin and made cheaper than the one I bought with my last Aroma Rice Cooker from 20 years ago, which is why I subtracted one star from the overall rating. The red color is neat too. I would actually rate this whole product with accessories as a 4.5/5.0, if I could use half-stars in rating it.I measured the appropriate amounts of rice and water in the Teflon pan. Picked two squash from the garden. Cut them in half. Seasoned them after placing them on the top steamer. Everything came out perfectly. This is a quick and convenient way to prepare a nice tasty meal. Really love this!!It works great. This is really a good product and I have no complaints.Large capacity and inexpensive, however it does slightly overcook the very bottom layer of rice closest to the heating element. The rice at the bottom isn't burnt so it's still edible, but it is brown and crispy. It's not that big of a deal for me because I use it for meal prepping so I mainly use it to cook large batches of rice (about 5 cups uncooked rice per batch) and the vast majority of the rice comes out perfectly white and fluffy, but it might be a bigger deal for some people. I haven't experienced the same effect with smaller batches of rice, so it may only happen when cooking a large amount of rice at once.CookAsian family approved.Our household is a mix of Asians so rice is a staple. Makes perfect rice if water to rice portion is correct. In our house we use the finger method. Was rice and fill up to first knuckle on middle finger with the tip of your finger just touching the top of the rice.Perfect every time!Product came in original box which doesn’t ship well. Box looks like it fell apart in transit and filded back together.Not a ding on the product so didn’t deduct any stars for that. That’s on shipper. I know Amazon states that product will be shipped where you can see the contents and there’s an option to pack yo hide contents and I didn’t select that option. That will be my default from here on out.Rice always comes out deliciousEl tamaño es muy bueno, estaba buscando una arrocera entre la media 3-6 tazas y la grande 10-20 tazas, y esta es ideal, no ocupa tanto espacio y puedo hacer lo que guste (además de arroz). La parte de las verduras al vapor se acomoda muy bien y es por fuera, algo que me agrada, además de que el precio fue muy bueno y la calidad del material se nota. Estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra.I have had this rice cooker for about 3 years, and it's held up very well. The steamer has become a bit discoloured and/or stained over time. The non-stick coating in the rice cooker itself looks still brand new. My only complaint is that the bottom layer of rice tends to get burnt while cooking. I find I have to cook at least 1 cup to have enough well-cooked rice (I live alone and sometimes just want to make a smaller portion).De automatico no tiene nada. Tienes que poner le mas ahua de la que dice la instruccion ya que si no sale duro el arroz, y cuando se apsa a la fucnicon calentar el arroz nunca esta terminado de cocinar. De automatico no tiene nada , tiene que estar mas pendiente del arroz que con una olla comun. For those ppl that say the rice sticks to the bottom all you have to do is put a tea spoon of olive oil and it won't stick. That's how we usually do our rice and it doesn't stick at all. Love the color and how great it works! I would for sure buy it again!!
