The product seems pretty good, but lacks instructions for the electronics. The speed is in kilometers and looks like there is mph indicator, but again no instructions on how to change the settings. Appears to be Bluetooth function with no instructions. One button has to control all of the controls which makes it a bit of a pain. The speed and agility is great and the appearance is sleek. The light works well.This is a good scooter. It’s the only one I’ve ever owned. Not sure how to change kph to mph seems like there should be an app. If there’s any info I’d really like to know. Either way I’m literally waiting for my second hyper Gigi scooter from the same vendor. For my BFF. At first he though he’d look lame. So he got a hoverboard. He’s the lame one who kept busting his butt. As I’m riding circles around him just saying . This scooter is fast I can ride from Arlington to Harvard (boston) round trip no problem. Luckily there’s a bike lane and I keep up with no problem. That’s a win for me.I wanted to be able to love this scooter.However - it’s not really made for the actual road , or street.It may do well on a skating rink surface. Or other super smooth concrete surface with no hills.My son is 155 and the scooter was sluggish up hills before it started with the E1 error code.With the error came no acceleration and beeping , god awful beeping.I tried every YouTube suggestion to get the scooter movin.Ultimately the finale was the death of the scooter entirely on a gas station ride when the motor decides to seize all the way.Well, try it out first in an open parking lot. Don’t fuss with the auto controls, they suck. Just get used to the speed. Adjust the brake so you can hold it. It slips!ExcellentBroke down easy, impossible to contact customer service for a refund, mileage is horrible I get an error every time I ride the scooter a mile in a half or less, the brakes are horrible. Wouldn’t recommended anyone to buy this scooter.
