The edge of the template gave out in a few places while I was making a copy template out of thicker, more stable material. My lines on the outside of the body are now wavy and not to spec. I will have to sand it out to make it straight, but now the body may not look right once the pick guard is installed on my final product. The places were the template failed in the pickup area is not too big of a big deal because I plan on using the "swimming pool" route to allow me to use any pickup combo I want.
