Replaced Ventline by Dexter motor # RS-385PHC2-17100B.I tried so many motors that stated they were the correct size but they were not, and finally found this one. The only difference from my original motor is the fan shaft is a little shorter on this one but the fan adjusted fine to fit it. Runs really well and quiet.Now that I have found a motor that works as a replacement, I am going to order more as back-ups.
